1. Services Provided
Jayhaulit provides local moving and hauling services for both residential and commercial clients within Orlando, Florida, and its surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Residential and Commercial Moving Support
- Labor for Packing and Unpacking
- Loading and Unloading Services
- Transportation of Goods
- Furniture Handling and Assembly/Disassembly (upon request and subject to additional charges)
- Junk Removal
- Delivery Services
All services are subject to availability and the terms of individual service agreements or quotes provided by Jayhaulit.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of Jayhaulit's services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding the scope of services required, including item lists, addresses, access details, and any special handling instructions.
- Ensure that all items for transport or removal are properly prepared and accessible unless packing services have been specifically requested and agreed upon.
- Be present or have an authorized representative present during the service execution, particularly at the origin and destination addresses.
- Promptly make payment for all services rendered as per the agreed-upon terms.
- Disclose any hazardous, fragile, or high-value items in advance. Jayhaulit reserves the right to refuse transport of certain items at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payments
Service rates will be provided through a detailed quote. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Any significant changes to the scope of work (e.g., additional items, services, extended distances, unexpected access issues) may result in adjustments to the final price. All payments are due upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We accept various payment methods as detailed in your service agreement or by our staff when booking.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe to avoid potential fees. Specific cancellation policies will be outlined in your service quote or booking confirmation. Failure to notify Jayhaulit within the specified period may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Liability and Damages
While Jayhaulit takes utmost care in handling your belongings, unforeseen circumstances can occur. Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited as per federal and state regulations. Specific liability limits will be detailed in your service agreement. We recommend customers arrange for their own insurance coverage for high-value items. Any claims for damage must be reported to Jayhaulit within 48 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence if possible.
6. Junk Removal Services
For junk removal services, users represent and warrant that they are the legal owner of the items being removed or have the authority to permit their removal. Jayhaulit reserves the right to refuse removal of hazardous, regulated, or unidentifiable materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jayhaulit or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our service without express written permission from Jayhaulit.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
Jayhaulit reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
